c. You hereby agree to indemnify us, our affiliates, agents and/or service providers, and to keep us, our affiliates, agents and/or service providers harmless from any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, liabilities, claims or proceedings which we or any of our affiliates, agents and/or service
providers may suffer as a result of or in relation to your use, inquiries, instructions or purported use, inquiries and instructions of our Chatbot.
4. Confidentiality and Security
a. It is your responsibility to maintain the physical security of your devices and the confidentiality of the information on your devices. Please refrain from providing any personal data or sensitive information in your use of our Chatbot.
b. When you interact with the Chatbot, you understand and agree that:
· You will not ask the Chatbot any questions that include any personal or sensitive information, such as your contact information, address, gender or sexual orientation, ethnicity or country of origin, colour or race, disability, marital or family status, and religion, and you will not provide any of this information to the Chatbot. We will never request such information from you via the Chatbot.
· You will not provide the Chatbot with your login information or passwords, financial information, PINs or any other personal banking information and you will keep this information confidential. We will never request such information from you via the Chatbot.
· All communications made between you and us via our Chatbot will be collected, used, processed and/or disclosed by us and/or any authorised third parties for the purposes of responding to queries, feedback or requests provided while using our Chatbot, improving our Chatbot’s accuracy and enhancing the quality of and providing services to you
