Incorporated

Listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange as CF Venture Fund Limited. Expands into venture capital and investment management.

First Capital Limited is acquired by CFVF, and changes name to First Capital Holdings PLC, uniting service offerings.

FC’s Asset Management unit is opened, offering unit trust management services to the public.
