Chamara brings over 15 years of Human Resources Management experience in Banking/Finance and Real estate industries in both multinational and local companies. He gained extensive knowledge in Human Resources Management in banking and finance industry with over 11 years of collective experience with HSBC and Amba Research (currently known as Acuity Knowledge Partners).
Most recently he was attached to Fairway Holdings where he gained significant exposure to Real Estate industry. He holds an MBA awarded by the University of Wales and he is a holder of Claritas Investment Certificate, a programme conducted by the CFA institute for Investment banking professionals. Chamara is a professional member of Association of HR Professionals (HRP)
