Diluni Danushika is an accomplished finance professional with over 13 years of experience across a diverse range of industries, including Investment Banking, Information Technology, Leasing, and Aviation. She is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the UK, a Fellow Member of the Certified Management Accountants (CMA) in Sri Lanka, and a Member of the Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA). In addition, she holds an Associate Membership with the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka and is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) in the UK.
Diluni holds a Master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Gloucestershire (UK), and a First-Class Bachelor of Science (Special) Degree in Finance from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She is also a certified Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and has earned a Sustainability certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
